I've been learning how to make my own IK bones from a really good tutorial I found here on DA (I'm going to have to find it again so I can put up a link). The IK bones work pretty well when I was updating Zero's cape so I decided to experiment with them again on Phantom Moth's antennas.

The way they move remind me was those silly-looking springy headbands.

And for some reason, the model came with four different texture files. It's kind of weird that I haven't seen more like this with the other models since the enemies do change color when they upgrade. I didn't really like the color scheme on the white and black moths so those are a little different than the original textures.
