Yay! Juli looks like Juli now!

It is kind of a pain that none of the models I got from the Showdown game are attaching. However, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was. Since SDGF was a cell shaded anime anyway, it fits perfectly for MMD. I'm really impressed with the quality of the human character models I've seen so far. They have enough detail in the mesh design to see where patterns are supposed to go. I was pretty much able to pick solid colors without having to UV map everything.

I did have to UV map the eyes and the badge, though. The badge is a little crooked but that can be easily fixed. The only thing that I didn't see in the mesh design was the blue stripes running down her sleeves. So, I'm going to have to map that too.

Doing the main rigging for Juli isn't going to take that long. That will at least get her moving. The things that will take some time are the facial expressions. The eye structures are a little different that what I'm used to working with and I'm going to have to find a way to get to the inside of the mouth to properly recolor that.
